Terms of Service

The ground rules for using Tutivra resources and coaching.

Agreement and eligibility

By using tutivra.com or purchasing Tutivra products or coaching, you agree to these Terms. Services are intended for people aged 18 and older. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

What we provide

Tutivra offers educational cybersecurity career guides, resume templates, interview coaching, career strategy sessions, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and a four-week mentorship program. Descriptions, prices, and inclusions are shown on the relevant product page at purchase. Tutivra is not an accredited institution, certification body, employer, staffing agency, or job placement service.

Purchases and access

Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Purchases are processed through Payhip and its payment providers; applicable checkout terms also apply. Digital products are provided through the delivery method shown at checkout. Coaching purchases provide access to the purchased service, subject to scheduling and participation requirements.

Coaching and participation

You are responsible for providing accurate intake information, attending appointments on time, and completing any recommended activities. Coaching provides education, feedback, and recommendations; it does not include job applications submitted on your behalf, direct LinkedIn account editing, or full resume rewriting unless expressly included in your purchase.

Scheduling and cancellations

Coaching rescheduling, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy linked below. The four-week Career Launch Accelerator includes four 45-minute sessions, normally scheduled weekly, not unlimited on-demand coaching.

No guaranteed outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside Tutivra’s control. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring, salary increases, certifications, or specific employment outcomes. Guidance is educational and is not legal, financial, or regulated professional advice.

Intellectual property and license

Tutivra owns or licenses its site content, guides, templates, and materials. Purchasers receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased resources for their own career development. You may edit resume templates for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or repackage the products or coaching materials without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, or provide another person’s confidential information without authorization. Tutivra may refuse or discontinue service for abusive or unlawful behavior, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Third-party services

Payhip, Calendly, video meeting platforms, and other linked services operate under their own terms. Tutivra is not responsible for third-party sites or interruptions beyond its reasonable control, but will work with customers to resolve service-delivery issues.

Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tutivra is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational materials or coaching. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, subject to mandatory consumer protections, the laws of New Jersey. We may update the Terms prospectively by posting an updated version. Material changes to existing purchases will not be imposed retroactively without an appropriate legal basis.
