Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear expectations for digital purchases and coaching appointments.

Overview

This policy applies to Tutivra digital resources and one-on-one coaching services. We aim to resolve delivery and scheduling issues fairly. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally nonrefundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described. If your files are missing or unusable, email us at support@tutivra.com so we can provide access, a corrected file, or an appropriate remedy.

Coaching cancellation before the first session

For a full refund, request cancellation at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session and before substantive personalized review or coaching preparation has begun. If you have not scheduled a session, request cancellation within 14 days of purchase and before personalized work begins. If Tutivra cannot provide the purchased service, we will offer a reschedule or an appropriate refund.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. We aim to accommodate reasonable changes. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation, except for emergencies or circumstances where applicable law requires otherwise.

Late arrivals and no-shows

If you arrive late, the appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time. If you do not attend and have not rescheduled in advance, the session may be forfeited. We will consider genuine emergencies case by case.

Resume & LinkedIn Review

This service includes advance review work and a 30-minute consultation. Once the personalized assessment has begun, any refund request will be evaluated based on work already completed, the reason for cancellation, and applicable law. Please submit materials at least 48 hours before your call.

Career Launch Accelerator

The program includes four 45-minute sessions over approximately four weeks. If you cancel after the program starts, any refund will be assessed based on sessions delivered and substantive personalized work completed, with any legally required remedies preserved. Unused sessions are not automatically refundable at the full per-session price. Contact Tutivra promptly if scheduling becomes difficult.

Changes made by Tutivra

If Tutivra must cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable replacement appointment. If we cannot deliver a purchased service within a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@tutivra.com with your order number, product or service name, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method through the payment provider; processing times vary.

Important clarification

These are proposed customer-facing policy terms. Tutivra should confirm they match the policies configured in Payhip and Calendly before publishing. Consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
