Privacy Policy
How Tutivra handles information you share with us.
Effective: November 2, 2026
Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy describes information practices for Tutivra at tutivra.com, including its educational resources and coaching services. Tutivra is an independent cybersecurity career education and mentorship business. This notice applies to the Tutivra website; payment and scheduling services also have their own privacy notices.
Information we may receive
When you buy a product, book coaching, submit a review, or communicate with Tutivra, we may receive your name, email address, order details, appointment details, education and employment background, target roles, resume, LinkedIn profile, and information you voluntarily provide in intake questions. Payment details are handled by checkout providers; we do not ask you to send full card numbers to Tutivra. Hosting and service providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and diagnostic logs.
If you join our email list, request role tips, join a waitlist, or leave a review, we receive the email address and any details you enter in that form. Our free tools (the Role Fit Quiz, Job Search Builder and Experience Translator) run in your browser; your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to submit a form.
How we use information
We use information to fulfill purchases, provide coaching and feedback, arrange appointments, respond to requests, manage our services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve customer experience. We do not promise to use information for a purpose that has not been disclosed to you.
Service providers and sharing
Tutivra uses third-party services including Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Fonts (web fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load), Payhip and its payment processors (checkout and digital delivery), and Calendly and its meeting integrations (scheduling). These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell client resumes or coaching intake information.
Resumes and career information
Please avoid including Social Security numbers, birth dates, government IDs, financial account details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in resumes or shared files. Provide access-controlled links where possible. Materials are used to deliver the review or coaching you requested.
Cookies and technical information
The site and its hosting or embedded service providers may use essential cookies, logs, or similar technologies for site functionality, security, checkout, and scheduling. Any additional analytics or advertising technologies must be reviewed and disclosed here before they are enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser and relevant providers.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from Tutivra emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask questions about our practices. For questions about your privacy or to exercise your data rights, email support@tutivra.com.
